there sometimes to an entire grade level so on any particular day if you're watching students come in and out you may see suits coming in and something that's not even but in most in all of us this is the student should be wearing like a wristband to indicate that is it get are bases an alarm for what is it again Monday of this week all of the eighth graders who had not been getting parties over the last couple of weeks were able to come in three dress Barbie in the outside can be confusing sometimes and even if I'm in sometimes me check with the teacher to say wait do you have a free dress in girl's apparel and we're like you sending out messages like a 8th graders that aren't uniform is there a free dressing we should know about those messages go back and forth all the time is that rapists are to be used only for one day or can it be used for that asked that question and I was wondering on rainy days are they not allowed to wear like about cuz she is home. sweaters not not things with us parents are concerned about like temperature for ears or what-have-you beanies ear muffs not sweatshirts with hoods I mean we should try to stay with the grave what is long as it's not something you associated with but I the daughter says no get away from me they don't allow it I see you wearing it like that students who are who have like a beanie on to take it off as they come inside but if it's outside there's no problem and undershirts do if they're feeling cold we are not like again like last grey block colors no graphics and it's fine when did I ask good morning I have a question how is the school working to resolve the fights that are happening inside the school and how are we going to prevent the students from sharing images in social media aplica para Escuela Middle School is that a students should not have their and if they do they get them confiscated 20 phones they should be in the we will very rarely get notifications like a mice a very rarely maybe once a month that a student has a cell phone out and we're confiscating maybe five hundred kids one cell phone a day because the student has it out where it should be we had a couple situations where a student took my phone out for a situation and we will Dad check in with the students and have them delete any like pictures that they were taking again that happens less than once a month so as far as things happening on campus bones that have a middle school would like Lando okay you know the video shows I know I know kids create those fake accounts with like the name of a lion's on it and I agree it's really frustrating that they would associate those two things with the school Frozen everybody knows when those reports comes to us that there are those images around we do have staff that are watching the social media sites and working to do two things connect with accounts of students that we know so we know quite a few of the students and what their account I'm in the other one that we work with Instagram and Tik-Tok the clothes and get Council that are closing I personally yesterday the situation staff became aware of it between the students quickly and then students were at a facilitated resolution to it so I think there's also something can look a certain way on social media when in reality it was much more in control we really we really it helps us so much when parents a list of these things so as parents have any concerns please do like reach out to us and then the other thing I want all parents to know baby if you and your kids social media page like what they're following what they're looking at at least once a week is really really weird and not just not just reviewing what they're looking at but reviewing their messages what I would call like they're going to need mentoring about how to interact with people who are the same really inappropriate things my last weekend of course she's not going to have her what we may put an Instagram account on my phone that is hers and then she and I will look at her social media together Alabama located and then the last one I would wish I always like to reiterate I strongly recommend students not have their cell phones in their room it's so easy to get an electronic alarm boxer like 10 bucks 15 bucks so much better to have an actual alarm clock cuz something's will say why I need my phone because of my alarm system okay no I'll pay for 15 bucks for the for the rest of your life just have this wake you up and may not have to worry about you staying up late looking at certain things interacting with certain people except except and related to that like if my daughter Doug does have an Instagram account on my phone she's not going to know the password I'm going to go to the password and Karen should always be the ones who know the passcode to the phone I'll check with our parents came as well I think we should have like us and Technology trainers or family to be able to come in and make sure that they have the proper controls because students do not want privacy but fortunately most of our students are not mature enough so thank you so much again for bringing up the concern I know you're going
